The Heron Bay Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") was created in accordance with neighborhood covenants and guidelines, and must review and approve your plans prior to the start of any work. To get started just download the "Blue Book" guidelines, complete the appropriate request form, and submit your request to the ARC as indicated in the book.
**Important: You must use the revised version of the guidelines dated November 1, 2011 if you are starting the approval process for your prjoect after this date.
